LEAD TIME
I really encourage you to inquire at any stage of the process. While the summer season is often booked out months in advance, holes and cancellations do happen.
TURN AROUND TIME
Invitations require a 6 week turn around time. I recommend at least 4 weeks for a signage order. Custom builds will increase the time needed.
STANDARD PROCESS
Once I receive your inquiry, I will respond within 24 hours with my availability. I'll ask for any details I need to get you an estimate, copy of my contract, and often a quick mood board. Just to see if I am understanding the scope and vision of the project. I will communicate directly with you until the contract is signed. At which point, you will be copied on all communication. If you prefer a different way of handling contact, please let me know.
